Lancaster Fights Fracking have organised a coach on Friday 16th to Preston New Road from Lancaster to join Reclaim the Power's mass anti-fracking dance-off at the Cuadrilla site.

Departs Dalton Sq 10am, pick up at Uni 10:15am. Leaves PNR at 15:30.

Tickets £5. If you can't go you can sponsor a seat. Free seats may be available for low/unwaged/children. Please contact LaFF on 07835794229 to book.

Meanwhile an investigation into the government's report on fracking safety has found it used biased data, and a campaign to boycott British Gas is underway.

County's fracking decision deadlines postponed to 31 January

Farmers objecting to Cuadrilla's fracking applications hold mass tractor rally through Preston in October Lancashire County Council has now agreed with Cuadrilla that decisions on two planning applications for shale gas development (fracking) will both be made by 31 January 2015 to allow time for consultation on further details provided as part of the planning process (More about this below).
