Organisers:
A Life More Ordinary

'A Life More Ordinary' is now in its second year at the Dukes. It aims to improve the lives of people with dementia by providing fun activities and film screenings in an adapted environment.

Come and join the dance with Anna Daly.  Can you keep the beat with your feet? Will you take my hand and dance?

We will meet together and dance together, taking inspiration from memories, social dances and our favourite music.

We will be creative with our dancing and begin to tell stories both old and new, about me and you.

All of our creative sessions are run by highly experienced facilitators.   Please note that pastoral care is not provided at A Life More Ordinary events – a friend, family member or carer must also attend.

Free teas, coffees and pastries are provided at all 'A Life More Ordinary' creative sessions and film screenings, courtesy of Iceland supermaket.

All creative sessions are FREE to attend, but places are limited so please book in advance by calling the Box Office on 01524 598500 or online at:
