An 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course.

The course uses meditation, gentle yoga and mind-body exercises to help people learn how to cope with stress. It gives people greater clarity on what is happening in their lives and aims to open up new possibilities when considering ways of responding to events.

People have reported feeling more engaged in their work, more energised, less anxious, as well as sleeping better and having fewer physical symptoms of stress, after engaging in a course which employs the elements of MBSR.

The course is secular and Martin is on the UK listings of Mindfulness Based Teachers.
