Stress is prevalent in all walks of life. Some stress is good but it can be harmful if experienced over the long-term. In this fourth FREE session in the series we will discuss Stress, what is it and how we can begin to overcome its effects. Informal and friendly group discussion with the chance to speak one-to-one with our experienced counsellors afterwards.

The session will be held in the Sanctuary Room (upstairs) in Lancaster's Central Library on Saturday 25 November 2017. It starts at 12 noon and lasts for an hour. The North Lancs Counselling Service (NLCS) has provided free counselling support in and around Lancaster for 27 years. Some of our experienced counsellors will be on hand to talk to briefly following the session.

We look forward to seeing you there!
