Classes are lively and active and feature a range of activities, solo drills, qi gong, partner work, self defence, form practice and push hands.
Beginners always welcome, but your place must be booked in advance. Be prepared to work up a sweat and join in with more experienced practitioners.
Some of Paul's classes are by invitation only, so please phone him directly if interested.
