Wednesdays Are you seeking stress-relief and deep relaxation and/or wanting to develop physical strength and suppleness?? Perhaps you are wanting to deepen your yoga practice and find out more about the yoga tradition. In these mixed ability classes I will be introducing students to a range of physical postures as well as focusing on breathing awareness, relaxation and introducing elements of yogic philosophy. The setting is beautiful - a renovated Mill building on the edge of the River Lune Wednesdays 6.15pm - 7.45pm Flow into Spaciousness: a class inspired by Vinyasa/Hatha yoga using physical postures and breathing awareness for building muscular strength, stretching and developing focus and inner spaciousness. Wednesdays 8pm - 9.30pm Moments of Stillness: a Yin/Restorative yoga class using relaxed, less dynamic floor postures to stretch and stimulate connective tissues and deeply rest the body and mind before sleep. Everyone welcome - no previous experience necessary and mats, blocks, belts provided.
