Demi-Paradise Productions

Stephen Tomlin, demi-paradise productions via Shire Hall, Lancaster Castle, Lancaster LA1 1YJ. Tel.: 01524 64998. Founded by Stephen Tomlin in 2000 to perform indoor promenade productions of classical plays at Lancaster Castle — one of Britain’s last great working castles. 

The Morecambe Winter Gardens

Morecambe Winter Gardens, 209 Marine Road Central, Morecambe LA4 4BU. Tel. 01524 422180. The Morecambe Winter Gardens opened as The Victoria Pavilion theatre in 1897 and is situated on the resort’s central promenade, overlooking Morecambe Bay. 

Morecambe Library

Morecambe Public Library has 27 PCs connected to the People's Network and public wifi. It has an extensive stock of fiction, non-fiction, reference, video and audio material. The Library offers a regular programme of activities for all ages and has full disabled access.  

Lancaster Central Library

The Grand Theatre, Lancaster

The Grand offers an extensive range of theatre, film and live entertainment. Tours of the exuberant Edwardian interior may include a glimpse of actress Mrs Sarah Siddons, the Ghost-in-Residence.
