Lancaster and Morecambe Astronomical Society

Lancaster and Morecambe Astronomical Society meet on the first Wednesday of each month (except July and August) at the Church of the Ascension, Michaelson Avenue, Torrisholme LA4 6SF, at 19:30 for talks and observing sessions. £1.50 per meeting, under 18s free. Tea and coffee included. 

Lancaster & Morecambe Fuchsia Society

The Society meets at the Lansil Sports & Social Club Caton Road, Lancaster. Tel.: 01524 417710 (Secretary — Glenys Dennison). The Society's aim is to encourage and promote the cultivation of the fuchsia, with guest speakers giving talks, demonstrations and slide shows on fuchsia growing. 

Campaign for Real Ale — Lunesdale branch
