Julia Russell is qualified as a Herbalist, Iridologist, Reflexologist and Massage Therapist. She is a highly-experienced practitioner who has been in practice since 1993.
Julia's main practice is in Lancaster, and she also provides a clinic one day a week at the Holistic Centre in Middleton near Heysham. She teaches herbal and wild food foraging walks and herbal workshops throughout the year.
