A 40 year old man who was arrested following an incident outside the Joiners Arms in Queen Street, Morecambe, has now been charged in connection with the offence.
He is Christopher Kearns of Marine Road East, Morecambe who has been charged with section 18 causing grievous bodily harm with intent and has been remanded in custody to appear before Lancaster Magistrates at 10.00am today (7th November 2012).
