On Saturday 12th November at 7.30pm these talented local musicians will be performing a traditional act of remembrance. BBC Jazz Award winners featuring Portishead members to play Morecambe

One of the heavyweights of the contemporary jazz world, Get The Blessing, will be playing at More Music’s Morecambe venue the Hothouse on Saturday 12th October from 8.30pm. The band feature the drummer and bass player from acclaimed trip hop group Portishead, who won the Mercury Music Prize in 1995.

Morecambe Brass Band will be raising the roof of the Ashton Hall in Lancaster as well as funds for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital when they perform this Friday evening (14th June) at Lancaster Town Hall. The concerts are as popular today as they where back in the 1970s, when they were first established, and regularly attract audiences of around 200 people from across the region.

The Splash Park will open each weekend starting on Friday 6th April (Good Friday), and opens fully for the season from Monday 21st May – September 10.30am-7pm. The Splash Park is one of the biggest in the region and is still free to enter.
