23/1/16: Lancaster Castle is raising the curtain on a brand new production of William Shakespeare's Measure for Measurein February. The show is being performed from Thursday 25th February until Saturday 19th March. Tickets are available from 9.30am on Monday 25th January.

21/3/13: Lancaster teenager Lucas Button is following in the footsteps of Olivier, Branagh, Tennant and Law when he takes on one of Shakespeare’s most famous roles – Hamlet – at The Dukes this April. 17–year-old Lucas Button is taking all the attention in his stride, however, along with the A-Levels and BTecs he’s studying for at Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale.
