The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMB) is currently proposing to sell off pharmacy services in Morecambe Bay (see previous reports).

Accident on M6 - overnight lane closure

Thursday, July 24, 2014 - 19:57: On the M6 southbound between junctions J35 (Carnforth) and J34 (Lancaster North), there are currently delays of 1 hour caused by congestion due to carriageway resurfacing work closing the road between junctions J34 and J33 following an earlier multi-vehicle accident. The road is expected to re-open from 6am on Friday 25 July 2014.
