17/11/17: Lancs County Council agreed to a review of non-residential care charges at its meeting on Thursday 9 Nov. These charges were last increased in 2011. Costs have increased since then, but incomes haven't. An 8 week consultation will be launched in December. An extra £2.9m in charges is planned.
