5 Rhythms with Gavin Lee and Chris Boylan  in Lancaster

Friday 1 December -  7.30-9.30pm
Saturday  16 December -  2.30-5.00pm
Sunday 7 January 2018 - 1.00-3.30pm

5 Rhythms is a simple, profound dynamic meditation. As easy and natural as walking or eating. We dance. There are no steps or routines, you can’t get it wrong. There’s no dogma, just the dance. Whatever you bring is perfect. It’s suitable for all. Bingo wings and six packs are equally welcome and equally able. Your inner raver will find itself just as at home as your inner Buddha. A chance for some me time. A chance to get back to yourself and to connect with others. A catalyst for healing.

These session are offered by accredited teachers:

Gavin Lee, Teacher in Training and Sweat Spaceholder (1 December)

Chris Boylan (16 December and 7 January)

No need to book. Bring a water bottle, wear loose comfortable clothing and be ready to dance barefoot.

Dances take place at St. Paul's Parish Hall, Scotforth on the A6 about a mile south of Lancaster City centre.

Cost is £12 waged/£9 low-waged/£6 unwaged. If you are completely new to 5 Rhythms, the first class is half-price.
