 Tuesdays & Thursdays We are a small friendly group aimed at beginners and lead runs around Lancaster. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or just get fit, come and join us. Main group 6.30pm Our main group meets at 6.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a one hour session of about 5-6 miles or shorter distances including hill and speed sessions. Beginners 5.30pm The beginners / improvers running group (aimed at ladies who have never run at all before or have a run a little and want to improve) meets at 5.30pm on Tuesday and Thursdays and generally consists of a 35-45 minute session of jog/walking, building up to including some speed and hill sessions. This is a really good way to start running and gain some fitness and confidence before moving to the other group.   The main group meets at the same time and generally runs for 5-6 miles or shorter distances including hill and speed sessions. Yearly membership of £60 running from April to April. New members can come for a first session free to see if it is for them.
