Mindfulness: What it is and how it can help.

In this third FREE session in the series we will discuss Mindfulness, what is it and how it can help us in our daily lives. Informal and friendly group discussion with the chance to speak one-to-one with our experienced counsellors afterwards.

This 1 hour session is to be held in the Sanctuary Room (Upstairs) in Lancaster's Central Library at 12 noon on Saturday 30th September 2017 and is facilitated by qualified counsellors. Our ongoing intention is to develop a conversation in the local community about mental health issues.
