The Friends of Lancaster Library and Lancaster Library are looking for individuals who have special memories of 1952.
What is your memory of 1952? Is it a particular sight or sound? Were you born in that year, did you get married, start a new job, give birth, leave school, or did some other significant event occur?
If you’re interested in becoming involved in a local oral History project to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, or have memorabilia you would you be willing to loan any for display, then the Library would love to hear from you.
