James Stovold, 28, of Windholme Close, Lancaster, will appear at Lancaster Magistrates Court today charged with an offence of burglary with intent to steal.
This relates to a distraction burglary at the home of an elderly female at Green Lane, Lancaster on 27th July 2011.
