Bridge work will begin overnight on Thursday 21 March on the Junction 34 of the M6 near Lancaster between 8.00pm and 6.00am.
During these times there will be a 50mph speed restriction on both carriageways around Junction 34, as well as closures of the southbound entry slip road.
There will be a clearly signed diversion in place via Junction 35.
Work is expected to be complete by Thursday 28th March.
