As we previously reported, the offence happened around 2.30am on Friday 26th August at an ATM machine next to Ryelands service station on Owen Road, Skerton.

“There is a substantial reward on offer for any information that results in the conviction of the people responsible for this offence,” notes Detective Sergeant Colin Forsythe, “so I would urge anybody that has any information that could assist us to contact police.
“I would also continue appeal to anyone who was in the Owen Road or Torrisholme Road area of Lancaster between 9.30pm on Thursday 25th August and Friday 26th August to come forward if they witnessed anything suspicious.
