An extensive selection of Music Hall and Variety memorabilia from Blackpool resident Ken Bowe’s collection is on display at the Morecambe Heritage Exhibition Centre, at the front of the town’s Winter Gardens.
The arrival of the world famous exhibition of 150 years of entertainment is the start of what volunteers hope will be the first step towards a permanent heritage centre in the town.
In the video above, collector Ken reveals a bit about his Himself and his passion for his collection.
Morecambe Heritage Exhibition Centre centre is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 4.00pm until September 2015. Admission is £2, with £1 going to the Grand Theatre at Blackpool, which Mr Bowe supports.
