Lancaster City Council has announced the winner of the Bulk Ward by-election which took place on Thursday 2 May.
The results were:
Bob Clark (Labour) – 753
Caroline Jackson (Green) – 769 ELECTED
Kevan Stuart Walton (Conservative) – 142
Caroline Jackson holds the seat for the Green Party with a majority of 16 votes.
