North Lancashire Green Party is hosting a River Lune Pollution Meeting at Father’s House Church, Lancaster on Tuesday 8th September 2026.
How polluted is our River Lune? What can we do to improve it?
This public meeting, starting at 7.30pm, is free and open to all, will discuss the quality and health of the River Lune, and features guest speakers Tim Pitt, Manager of Lune Rivers Trust, and Dr Ben Surridge, Deputy Director of Lancaster Environment Centre.
There will be time for questions, discussion, and planning for next steps.
