Have you ever considered a career in publishing? The University of Central Lancashire runs an award-winning course where students get to experience working on commercial publications.

On Saturday 19th March 2022, Alexa Gregson-Kenmuir and Chris Moore will run a Routes into Publishing: UCLAN Workshop as part of Lancaster LitFest, which will give up to 15 attendees aged 16–25 a taster of what a career in publishing can entail and some creative and engaging activities tied to this.

Litfest invites anyone and everyone interested to apply for one of 15 places. Please note that a number of places in each workshop will be reserved free for writers of colour and those from diverse and low-income backgrounds.

To apply, send a short statement of why you wish to take part in the workshop to Jake Hope (info@litfest.org) by 4th March 2022.
