Four arrested after heroin seized in Morecambe
Four men have been arrested after police recovered 200 wraps of suspected heroin after a raid at an address in Morecambe on Wednesday.
Officers raided the address on Arkholme Court on Wednesday night and discovered the drugs believed to be worth an estimated £2000.
Four men, aged 16, 20, 43 and 49 were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class a drugs.
“We will continue to work together with the community and act upon their concerns to target the supply of drugs and other related crime,” said Chief Inspector Ian Dawson of the arrests. “I would like to reassure people that we are committed to tackling drugs in Morecambe and the surrounding areas.”
