Police are appealing for information after a man on a bicycle indecently exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl as she walked home in Morecambe.
The incident took place around 10pm on Wednesday 2 April when a man riding his bicycle rode past the girl on Balmoral Road, Morecambe, and exposed his penis to her before also using sexually offensive language.
The man is described as being white, around 170cm tall, of slim build, and 16-18 years old, although he may be slightly older. He was wearing small rectangular glasses, blue jeans and a red waterproof jacket which had a reflective stripe across the middle, and was riding a blue bicycle with black handlebars.
DS Martin Foley said; “This is a serious offence against a young girl and she was understandably left very distressed.
“We think that the same man may have committed similar offences around Morecambe recently. Therefore, we would ask everyone to take a good look at the image of the man we have released, and appeal to anybody that may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information about the man responsible to contact the Police.”
